Art Show Details
The gallery's mission is to find and exhibit artists from all over the United States and the world. The gallery provides opportunities for artist's work to be seen by curators and other arts professionals working in New York. We actively review artists who participate in our shows for traditional representation and other opportunities, such as inclusion in our Flat File inventory.
ALL ARTISTS ARE WELCOME WORLD WIDE "¢ YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE IN NEW YORK CITY TO PARTICIPATE IN CLIMATE/GALLERY SHOWS "¢ Our exhibitions are not juried. We are an anti-jury gallery in that we feel that asking artists to submit work for a fee and then leaving over 90% of them out without comment is unfair.
10 Featured Artist Awards will be selected from this exhibition by well-known painter Andrea Belag. Ms. Belag is a member of the faculty of the School of Visual Arts in New York and her work is shown internationally. The gallery will publish an exhibition catalogue that will include work from the show of the 10 artists. The 10 artists will be featured on the gallery's website. Every artist in the exhibition will have a listing in the catalogue with one image. All of the artists in the show will be archived in the Exhibitions page on the gallery's website.
EACH ARTIST MAY SUBMIT 2 PIECES PER SUBMISSION FOR THE SHOW "¢ No piece larger than 14 x 16 inches, or 35 x 40cm will be accepted "¢ Any paint medium will be accepted, oil, acrylic, mixed mediums, watercolor, gouache, flash, house paints, tempera, encaustic, pastel painting, et al. Framing is not required. All work will hang on a wall.
