We’re giving you the chance to showcase your visual skills and design the new corporate identity and visual language to represent NewActon Nishi the greenest multi-unit residential development in Australia. There are two competitions (no entry fees).
The brief is simple. We are asking you to develop a graphic logo and a visual language that will define our brand name NewActon Nishi.
The key is the message. Your design must respond to Nishi’s core values of sustainability, affordability and design excellence. How you choose to interpret those words is up to you but like Nishi itself, the answer is bound to be both progressive and flexible, using creative thinking to arrive at a smart solution.
When complete in 2012, NewActon Nishi aims to be the ‘greenest’
multi-unit residential building in Australia’s history – targeting 8.6 star NatHERS. Nishi represents our group’s ideological position on
sustainability, community values and the active social and cultural
participation in the making of a future that matters. It demonstrates what can be achieved in Australia in outstanding environmental
sustainable design and construction. NewActon Nishi represents
the future of multi-unit residential development in this country.
